About Me Sabrina Cazes – Private Chef

My name is Sabrina, and I am a private chef based in Montreal. For over 23 years, I have been dedicated to studying health and understanding how food truly supports the body.
Early Life & High-Performance Environments
I was born with a gift for singing and began performing in front of audiences at the age of 2.5 years old. I grew up in environments where discipline, performance, and high standards were part of daily life. This path led me into the professional music world, where I moved in demanding artistic circles shaped by rigor, visibility, and constant pressure. During that time, I met Céline Dion, was presented with many opportunities and sang the national anthem in front of 12,000 people at the age of 13. I was immersed in a world where excellence was expected and nothing was left to chance.
Living in these environments taught me a great deal but it also came with excess, instability, and a lifestyle that slowly disconnected me from my body. By the time I was 18, my health had reached a breaking point. Continuing in the same way was no longer possible. It was clear that if I did not stop and take responsibility for my body, the consequences would be serious. That moment became a clear and radical turning point.

A Return to Health and Balance
I stopped everything and chose to focus entirely on rebuilding my health. I began practicing yoga and exploring food as medicine, studying nutrition, herbs, and the role of diet in cleansing and renewing the body. What started as a necessity for my own well-being quickly became a deep commitment and a way of life.
This path led me to live for several years in meditation retreat centers, where life was structured around discipline, silence, and responsibility. Food was never secondary there. People were meditating for many hours each day, and the kitchen carried a central role: preparing food that would support the body, the nervous system, and mental clarity.
My main work was in the kitchen. I learned that how food is prepared matters as much as the ingredients themselves. The inner state of the person cooking — their calm, their presence — is what people truly receive when they eat. Prepared with love and focused attention, food becomes deeply nourishing. This way of working shaped me profoundly.
Translating Experience into Practice
Over the years, my work naturally led me to serve individuals living full, demanding, high-performing lives. People who carry responsibility, have very little time, and need their food to truly support them.
Today, my role as a private chef is to offer that support through food. I take care of planning, preparation, and execution so my clients can focus on what matters most, while knowing their body is being properly nourished.
I believe Food is Medicine – and when prepared with Love and Attention, it becomes the most powerful support for health, clarity, and long-term performance.
It would be my pleasure to serve you!
